Prices
All prices listed on this website are in Rupiah and include VAT where applicable. If there are any price changes or changes to product specification,
which have not been updated on our website, you will be notified before we process your order.

Payment
Payments are 100% secure and made via Paypal or all major of credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB or Bca.
Payment also can be made by cash, Bank Transfer and Local Cheque.

Ordering & Discount
We advise to use our secure shopping cart to make your order or alternatively we are happy to accept orders by post, fax, telephone or email to sales@masterphila.com.
The placing of an order is acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Postage, Handling and delivery
For Indonesia orders our postage costs are Rp.20.000,- for order value under Rp.100.000,- and Rp.50.000,- for order under Rp.500.000,-
Orders over Rp.500.000,- are sent for free. Orders are usually sent out the next day we receive your order.
Items up to 5kg will be sent by "Titipan Kilat" service or other same service. Items over 5kg will be sent by Packet Post.
Both services take approximately two-four working days to arrive.

For international customers, postage will be charged at cost. Customers will be informed of the cost after the order has been compiled and weighed.
Acceptance of the postal charge will be required before goods are dispatched.

Stock Availability
We cannot guarantee that every product will be available straight from stock. We will, of course, endeavour to fulfil your order as quickly as possible.
We will contact you if any item is out of stock informing you of the expected delivery date, if known, for your items.
If there are any alternatives that are available we will notify you at the same time.

Cancellation of order
As orders are probably sent out the same day we receive your order, should you wish to cancel your order, for whatever reason, please contact us immediately by telephone.
If after you have received your order and you wish to return any or all of the goods, for whatever reason, please contact us immediately, so that we can rectify the situation without delay.
On all occasions you should retain the original packing that your order arrived in, until we inform you, otherwise your statutory rights are not affected.

Privacy and Data Protection
All information gathered from customer orders or enquiries are dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. It is not our policy to offer or sell any information gathered from our mail order activities to any third parties. We will however, from time to time, send existing customers details of the wide range of products that we have to offer. If you do not wish to receive these mailings please contact us and we will remove your details from our mailing list.
